Catch the Waves of  Learning!
 

 

 

Learning takes place in the fifth and sixth grade classroom! 
 

Our Curriculum includes:

- Learning more about God's Grace and get to know Jesus as a personal Savior.  The love of Christ and treating others the way we want to be treated is always at the core of our learning.

-Reading and fostering a love for good books is another core component of our class.

-Continuing to develop and strengthen math skills for high school and college mathematics is also a strong focus.

-Learning the writing process and publishing at least one book is a yearly project.

-The study of our Nation's history as well as learning about other nations and cultures is part of our social studies curriculum.

-In our study of science we see the hand of our Creator at work as we learn. 

-During the month of March we study the Iditarod and learn about this world famous race.
