I want to remind you about the Parent Survey. Just go to http://survey.antioch-sda.org/ to fill it out. When you hit the Submit button, you will be given the name of my second cat to use to get 1 hour of Parent Participation. Even if you are one of the lucky parents who has completed his or her Parent Participation requirements, please still complete the survey. We really do want to hear what you have to say to us.

For our non-SDA families, we have a scholarship fund to which you may apply. Aid will be given as it is available. The deadline for application is May 31. If you go to: http://www.hilltopcs.org/article/58/about-our-school/hcs-tuition-2012-2013 , you can see on the right side of the page the Scholarship Fund application (and donation link) and the Worthy Student Application. If you know someone looking for a good tax write-off, we appreciation donations to this fund since we can only give aid as it is given to us.

The cost of attending Hilltop Christian School will be the same amount next year with field trip costs and registration costs folded into 10 months of tuition. The Tuition cost has gone up but includes the $395 for registration and $120 for field trips. After those are subtracted the amount is the same.

Kindergarten will be going to the Lindsay Museum this Thursday, May 2.

This Friday, May 3, is our last HCS Family Vespers program. It will feature Grades 5 - 7. You will get a glimpse of what they experienced and learned on their Outdoor Education trip in April. We will also have the Passing of the Torch to our future 8th graders. Please come and join us as we finish our year on a high note.

Next Friday, May 10, is our Mother's Day program for Pre-school through 7th grade. If you have not received your invitation, Mothers, please check your child's backpack. The program will begin at 12:30. There will be music and readings from the classes. This will be followed by a small dessert. As a special gift, we will also have a photo booth where mothers and children may have their pictures taken for free to be emailed to you. We look forward to honoring all of our mothers that day.

Thursday, May 23, will be our Spring Program and Science Fair starting at 6:00 p.m. Every student in the school is involved in both the musical/acting programs and in the science fair. Please come to be entertained and to see what your child has been learning in science!

Remember that our last day of school will be Wednesday, June 5, ending at 12:30.
